Support for a custom location for your package.json file

We've added the ability to specify the location of your project's package.json file to .bithoundrc in case you don't keep it in the project's root directory.

Simply add the "packageJsonLocation" property to your .bithoundrc file, here's a truncated example:

{
  "ignore": [
    ///snip
  ],
  "packageJsonLocation": "foo/package.json",
  "dependencies": {
    ///snip
  }
}

For an example of a complete .bithoundrc file with a custom package.json file, see our Gist.
